TRA participates in Tawdheef Recruitment Exhibition 2012
The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) participated in Tawdheef 2012, the leading recruitment exhibition that currently taking place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre from 31 January - 2 February 2012.
Several of Abu Dhabi's successful and progressive national and international companies are participating in this exhibition representing a variety of sectors including Banking, Oil & Gas, and Aviation among others.
The first two days of the event will exclusively cater to UAE nationals, with the second day having a further exclusivity for ladies only for a set duration of the day. The third day of the exhibition will be open to all nationalities.
"The TRA's participation in this recruitment fair fulfills a significant aspect of its overall strategy to contribute to the nation's economic sustainability, a leading principle of Abu Dhabi's 2030 Economic Vision and entire UAE government. Recruitments fairs such as Tawdheef plays a vital role in developing our country's future leaders and industrial pioneers. The TRA participates in many initiatives that serve to better the UAE community through humanitarian and environmental campaigns. Supporting job seeking UAE nationals and contributing to the UAE labour market development are without doubt a top priority for the TRA," commented H.E. The recruitment fair will enable participants to meet companies from a variety of sectors that are seeking qualified professionals, receive advice on their CV regarding ways to increase its competitiveness, and learn job-searching techniques from recruitment specialists. UAE Nationals will receive the additional benefit of an interview conducted by representatives from Ershaad.ae, an online job searching website, which aids individuals to find their 'dream job.'
Free seminar sessions will be conducted by HR Managers from leading companies to educate attendees on the job skills, knowledge base, and overall character traits that recruiters often look for worthy candidates. Tawdheef also has several competitions that will take place during the event giving the participants a chance to win amazing prizes.
The exhibition is open from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm on 31 January and 1 February to UAE Nationals only; 11:00 am to 2:00 pm on 1 February is for ladies only, and 2 February from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm is open to all nationalities.
