Supporting theEmirati nationals into innovation and entrepreneurship is also one of the main pillar of Tawdheef expo (additionally to the pillars of boosting employment and youth preparedness).
This year, we are launching Pioneer – an initiative that invites all our cross-industries exhibitors to post their industries’ challenges (or ad-hoc projects that you wish to outsource) 12 weeks ahead of the event.
These will be idely promoted to the Emirati entrepreneurs and SMEs, inviting them to submit their solutions to the listed challenges.
All applied solutions to be evaluated, shortlisted, and the finalist to be awarded the contract during the Tawdheef event’s Award Ceremony on 29th October.
Pioneer at Tawdheef is a perfect opportunity for your direct contribution and support in boosting entrepreneurship amongst the UAE nationals.
Your involvement will be through the following process:
- Send us a list of your business or industry challenges
- Elaborate on your challenges and your business requirements by presenting at the dedicated Seminar Theatre to the visiting entrepreneurs and SME’s during the PIONEER event
- Receive all the solution submissions from the entrepreneurs during and after the event.
- Shortlist the most feasible candidate
- Announce the finalist at the PIONEER award ceremony that will take place in the subsequent months.
"ADNOC participated at Tawdheef 2020 in order to source and hire Emirati talents for our 2030 smart development strategy and we have three different hiring objectives: the first one is the admission of high school graduates to ADNOC Technical Academy in order to train them for future technical jobs, the second one is for all Emirati students to apply and the third one is for Top high school and university graduates. The number of Emiratis who applied at our stand is very promising and we are looking forward to be here during Tawdheef 2021.” - Khaled AL Khoury, Chief Emiratisation Department at ADNOC
"EDGE Group was announced in November 2019 and this is our biggest participation at Tawdheef exhibition. We have 25 subsidiaries and we operate across 5 different industries.
