Qiyadat Leadership Program
QIYADAT program is an 18-month program aimed at ‘high potential’ local talents. It is one of the most unique leading programs in UAE, offering world-class learning opportunities. Delegates undergo a number of assessments, group presentations, coaching, and mentoring by allocated coaches and mentors, and 360 feedbacks. Each group will be requested to select a business topic and present to the bank leadership team and including recommendations.
They will be immersed in an intensive leadership development experience that will improve their ability to help ADIB sustain success in a complex global economy. Structured to maximize learning and minimize time away from work, the program's format enables ADIB to prepare leaders for the challenges ahead while maintaining business momentum.
TAMKEEN Women Leadership Program
TAMKEEN program is a training program tailored to high performing ADIB UAE National Female staff in leadership, with aim of developing and preparing them for challenging leadership positions in the future.
ADIB Women Leaders’ Program is designed to shift the Leadership conversation and helps women to align daily action with value and beliefs, gain valued connection and relationships, integrate multiple life roles and goals, and act proactively and lead the change.
Delegates undergo a number of assessments, group presentations, coaching, and mentoring by allocated coaches and mentors.
ADIB Leadership Programs (ALP)
Our leadership programs are aimed at young Emiratis and local graduates.
The programs are designed to train and inspire the banking professionals of the future.
Certified Branch Manager Foundation Program
This program is designed for UAE nationals who are in branch manager positions.
The program ensures that they have what it takes to lead their team and do so in accordance with the high standards of the Bank.
Each year, we offer around 70 internships to students from universities in the UAE.
These internships vary in scope and length, depending on the needs of the department and the availability of the student.
The Graduate Trainee Program
Our Graduate Trainee Program is designed to give young Emiratis a robust foundation on which they can build their careers, where they will soon be the primary source of leadership talent within the organization ADIB has received numerous awards for its Emiratization programs including the award for Best Nationalization Initiative and Excellence in Talent Management from the MENA HR Awards, and the Human Resource Development Award from the Emirates Institute of Banking and Financial Studies.
